How does your process work?
First we chat a bit about what you and your significant other are looking for. After that, we generate an agreement and email it to you. Finally you will sign and return the agreement, and pay a 50% retainer to lock in your wedding date.
How does the payment work?
A 50% retainer is made when the agreement is sent back to us. Payment can be received in a few ways including a mailed check, or through electronic medians such as Paypal, Venmo, or Cash app. (Date is not secure until retainer is paid) The remaining balance is made on the day of the wedding.
Where are you centrally located?
We currently have offices in Orlando, FL and Midland, MI
Do you guys travel? If so, are there fees?
Yes we travel, but there are no travel fees for venue less than 1.5 hours from our offices. Any venues outside of that radius will be quoted on a case by case basis.
How long until you deliver?
We deliver your full order in 2-3 months. We also have an options for 1 month delivery.
Can I customize a package?
Of course! You can create any sort of package you’d like. See the pricing guide for all ala carte items!
How long is your coverage?
We are proud to say that we start coverage at 8 hours, and go up to 10 hours as needed. Coverage begins at preparations and ends 30-45 mins into open dance, unless there is a grand exit planned.
Any cancellation fees?
The retainer is non-refundable. A portion of the full payment may be refundable in certain situations. See contract for full details.
